All staff and dentists attend post-graduate courses to extend their expertise to
ensure that the practice is fully up-to-date with advances in treatment.

o Good communication with patients
o Whenever possible seeing patients on time and giving an explanation and apology
if we run late
o Using modern, good quality materials and techniques
o Charging fair and reasonable prices and offering a choice of payment methods
o Valuing staff at all levels and support continuing staff training and development
Patients can help us achieve these aims by :-

o Attending the practice regularly and listening to the advice given
o Attending for appointments on time and giving adequate notice of cancellation
o Providing feedback on all aspects of service in a friendly and courteous manner
